RESTRICTED FOODS Phase One Baked ham, yogurt, alcohol, pastries, rice, pasta, veal, ice cream, bread, fruits and juices, milk, fatty cheeses, frozen treats, sugary foods of any sort. Phase Two You can add red wine, fruits and juices, and skim milk, pinto beans, and whole grain starchy foods. You can add small amounts of potatos, carrots, melon, and honey. Phase Three Is the maintanance phase and can include almost anything, but it is up to you to control the amount of previously restricted foods that you now eat. If all else fails, drop down a phase in the diet.
